The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. We delete the data once it is no longer required for this purpose, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.

Collection of access data (server log files)
When you access our website, our hosting provider united-domains GmbH and its technical service provider IONOS automatically process access data in server log files. The data recorded includes the page or file accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, browser type and version, the operating system, device type and an anonymized IP address.

The processing is necessary to provide the website and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is retained for eight weeks.

Use of cookies
Our website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. When you dismiss the cookie notice, the technically necessary cookie cookieconsent_status is set. It only records that the notice has been acknowledged so that it does not appear again each time you visit a page. The cookie is deleted after 30 days.

The legal basis for storing the cookie is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in providing a user-friendly and legally compliant website.
