Your rights – what you are entitled to
As a data subject, you have several rights under the GDPR that give you transparency and control over your data:

  1. Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain information about whether we process personal data about you – and if so, what data, for what purpose, how long it will be stored, and to whom it may be disclosed.
  2. Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): If your data is incorrect or outdated, you can request correction.
  3. Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to have your data deleted – for example, if it is no longer necessary for the original purpose or if you withdraw your consent. Legal retention requirements remain unaffected.
  4. Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR): Under certain conditions, you can request that your data only be processed in a limited way – for example, while the accuracy of the data is being verified.
  5. Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or – if technically feasible – have it transferred directly to another controller.
  6. Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): If we process your data based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), you may object to this processing for reasons related to your particular situation.
  7. Withdrawal of Consent (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR): If you have given us consent to process your data, you may withdraw this consent at any time with future effect.
